How can you not love a tulip! At any stage of it's life! Not sure the effects have done much to improve this one.

I like it better because the sticks int he background were distracting.

Did you notice it has FOUR petals and four sepals instead of the usual three?

Then I guess it must be better especially since I didn't see original. Funny I thought there was something different but I didn't sus it!

I suppose we should be posting originals when we make changes.

I did more stuff to it, too, but never had time to post it. How was your trip?

No it would be too time consuming to put all originals in. Worth it sometimes of course. You only had to tell me about the background being too distracting and I could picture what it was like.

Great trip much to tell. Weather varied. Force 8 gales for 2 days plus rain and more rain and wind - cold win always from the north east. But last 3 days fine. Will tell more when I find time. Still going through my pics. Lost my best one which came corrupted on my portable hard drive but after two days at home Geoff managed to restore them. He may not be a model but he is kind of handy! Made a big mistake after I had upped the ISO to 1600 when I was taking a sunset and left it on that for 2 days - 2 days! Maybe I finally learnt my lesson as I have done that before.

When I said best "one" I meant "ones". Which I took one night after the rain and I went up on a hill and there was a clearing and the sun shone through and there was beatiful light.
